Jono Conley, Director

Commercial Construction & Civil Engineering

Jono is a construction and recruitment professional with over 15 years of industry experience across Melbourne and London. Initially starting on-site before moving into the dark World of recruitment back in 2005. He brings a wealth of experience, a detailed technical understanding of the construction process and an incredibly well established network of construction industry professionals.

He recruits roles of differing seniority from executive level management right through to graduates across both the commercial construction and civil engineering market sectors on both the client/development & project-delivery sides.

When he’s not recruiting he can be found chasing his young family around the backyard or watching his beloved (and now mighty) Melbourne Demons march towards another Flag!

Lynton Balia, Partner

Civil & Structural Engineering

After having completed a Bachelor of Commerce Lynton began his recruitment career in 2010 in Perth, Western Australia. Since moving to Melbourne in 2016, Lynton has specialised in the recruitment of Temporary and Permanent professionals in the Engineering Consulting sector, his solution based approach to recruitment coupled with his commitment to building strong relationships ensures that he delivers the right outcome for his candidates and clients.

Utilising his strong network of engineering, design and drafting candidates, Lynton is able to provide clients with access to a wide range of passive and active candidates.

When he’s not recruiting you will find Lynton clocking up the km’s on his bicycle around Melbourne or enjoying a beer with friends at one of Melbourne’s salubrious establishments.

Ollie Thorne, Partner

Residential Construction

Ollie comes from a marketing degree and background, recruiting roles within the housing market across Victoria. This includes everything from volume homes, to dual-occupancy and townhouse projects, right through to one-off luxury-end home builds up to $20M.

Passionate about housing trends and relationship building, Ollie’s unique background spans recruitment, communications and residential property, enabling him to provide a dynamic approach for clients and candidates alike.

When he’s not finding candidates, Ollie enjoys spending time with his young family and enjoying the best of Melbourne’s sporting, pub and comedy scene.

Scott Dwyer, Partner

Infrastructure & Advisory

Scott has over 10 years recruitment experience within the Infrastructure & Advisory sector, across both Australia and the UK. He’s a trusted recruitment partner by clients and candidates alike offering a wealth of industry knowledge. Prior to recruitment, Scott worked within the construction sector as a Project Manager for many years, which has provided him with a strong technical understanding of the project-delivery process.

Scott has successfully assisted 100’s of candidates in securing their new role, ranging from executive level through to graduates. He offers a consultative approach to both candidates and clients.

Away from work, Scott spends his time with his family, chasing their dog around and convincing his daughter that Collingwood is the only team to follow. He frequently plays golf and talks about one day having a handicap that is worth bragging about.

Paul Forster, principal consultant

Commercial Construction & Fitout

Paul is a property & construction professional that came with over 15 years’ experience in industry-related positions before beginning his recruitment career back in 2016.   Since then, he has built up a strong client base within all tiers of the commercial construction and fitout specialist sectors, specialising in ‘white collar’ appointments.  Paul splits his time working between contract and permanent vacancies, placing 100+ professionals annually.

As Paul has worked extensively on-site himself, he has an in-depth understanding of what skillset and requirements are needed for each role. Paul prides himself on a top-quality service, work ethic and integrity and has a genuine passion for helping people.

Away from work,  you will find Paul spending valuable time with his wife and daughter down the Peninsula, wining and dining at the wineries and stopping up to the early hours of the morning on a weekend watching Newcastle United in the EPL.
